The room was modern and simple with a bathroom, a safe box, central heating, and a work desk, while the service was attentive and parking was conveniently located nearby.

The breakfast was very good. There was quite the variety for a nice continental-style breakfast.
The shower was very very small and was it hard to maneuver around. The bathroom in general was quite small.

We stayed 3 nights at Hotel Vienna, and it was really good experience. The room gas everything you need, and shower and bathroom are good too. Bathroom has a window, and bidet in some rooms. Our windows were looking on the street, but it was still quiet and you can hear some sounds of Milan waking up in the early morning. Lots of small cafes, bakeries with sweets, pizzerias and so on. It also has a really good location, Lambrate train and subway stop just in 100 meters, you can get to Central Station in 5 minutes and to Duomo Piazza in 15. Its not a superb 5star hotel, but who needs much of a hotel when you are in Italy! Would definitely come back.

The hotel is near the metro station Lambrate. No problem to reach it. The personal is very friendly. I wanted to change the room becouse bad smell from the bathroom. Thay took away this smell while a was in the city, then asked me: "Is it all right?" In the room is warm.
There is very a small room, aprx. 6 qm. But in the bathroom there also a bidet (the tap leaks). Everything is comfortable, but nur for 1-2 night, no more.

Great location near a metro station with affordable prices, and units have air conditioning.

A rather comfortable, family run hotel, in a good location, not far from the Metro station, good connection to the centre and the railway stations, a lot of cafes and pizzerias in the district around, 2 supermarkets not far. There are also many discos and a popular brewery not far. I think this hotel is good for young people who would like to see Milan and enjoy the nightlife of the city.
The district where the hotel is, is the district of the Politechnical University. There must be many discos and other entertainments for young people. For me it was a little bit noisy, especially at night and in the morning.

The staff were kind and accommodating, ensuring that I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was extremely convenient, with easy access to public transportation options nearby. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Very volevly and comfortable hotel with cleat rooms and all conveniences.
When I was booking this hotel, service included air-conditioner, but actually, after my arrival in the Vienna Hotel, receptionist сoncierge told me that air conditioner cost 5 $ per night, in fact you wouldn't be able to switch on it without control panel, which you can obtain per 5 $ per one night. Be attentive please!

Paid breakfast consists of a cup of coffee, bread, biscuits, jam (4 euros). For air conditioning you have to pay 5 euros for each day. The refrigerator does not work. Overhead light does not work either. Perhaps this is also a need to pay extra daily for 5 euros. Staffs hardly speak English. Location of hotel is on the outskirts of the city. The only plus is the proximity of the subway station.

Right next to a metro station, making transportation very convenient. The hotel's breakfast, though charged extra, is incredibly filling and worth the price. The staff members were all very friendly and willing to help out whenever needed. The cleanliness of this hotel is top-notch, with rooms tidied up every day.
Nothing, all aspects were great.

The hotel is very close to the subway and the Lambrate train station and quite cheap. Very good if you only need a place to sleep and take shower. Good staff, although not English speaking.
